我的一个亲戚在高速上换lane和一辆摩托车撞了一下
叫了警察，警察来也只是照相，录像，给了个report, 没说是谁的责任，让他们自己去找自己的insurance company去file claim. 让保险公司去打官司

driver说tesla的右转的camera上确实看不到这辆摩托，可能是他突然加速从lane中间插上的原因

这个叫lane splitting，每个州的规定是不一样的，当然在这种高速上lane splitting都是illegal的所以这个视频里面的crash肯定是摩托车的责任。在一些州lane splitting合法的地方，一般规定限速45mph以下的地方可以split lane的。

加州真是挺奇葩的，据我所知就算是允许lane splitting的州，一般也会规定在高速上不允许lane split，只是在低于45mph的时候可以，因为高速上lane splitting是很危险的。

高速上经常有摩托车，还把油门拧的一堆噪音，很annoying

这不就是碰瓷吗？

俺们觉得是摩托车责任

其实很明显摩托车在加速超车 司机应该早做打算而不是等到眼前再观察 太晚了

是的，所以说CA的交通法非常奇葩。这个Recommend并没有任何的约束力，出了问题概不负责的架势。
