这个也只是挪用其他地方没用完的额度。用到中国的EB比例不知道有多少。

正常年份14万一年，2024年16万。之前我说的21年增加50%可能不对，因为那是从只言片语里面看到的。
就算疫情这几年增加了两年的配额，离十年还是差得远。疫情之前排期就四五年了。

疫情之前是4-5年，因为疫情期间连续3年，额度翻倍，
所以排期没有恶化
最后的尾巴2024年还多出来2万

尤其是EB1为例，哪怕连续3年发了3倍的额度，现在还有2年的排期，这个是EB类的天花板。
