我就剩下最后一个月了，银行通知（问）我想哪天 generate payoff statement?
我就剩下最后一个payment, 我就还完了。这个时候说payoff statement ，这个是干什么用的？

我的圈子都是来美国读书工作的，都是贷款买。

不太对 因为我们这里房价太低
