之前是因为电池不合格。现在具体发生什么变化（政策或是车）我也不清楚，瞎猜的话，估计是电池货源变了。

你想多了，也就湾区群众拿不到. 山鸡，纽约住豪宅吃福利的大把大把，更别说 EV rebate了
