#1 申请关闭自助删帖功能，站方也不提供清空所有帖子的服务

前一阵网友写信建议关闭自助删帖功能，觉得很多人可能会在情绪冲动时删帖和自杀id，流失许多好帖。
最近又看到几位发过很多有价值的交流帖的网友提到删帖，实在觉得可惜。
旧站没有自助清空帖子的功能。我问了问灌华人网和文学城的网友，也说这些中文论坛没有自助删帖功能，站方也不大会提供清空帖子的服务：

也有网友问到法律问题，帖子的所有权属于帖主还是站方；谷歌、苹果、脸书等网站可以帮助用户删除所有数据，不知道这方面是否有法律规范。我也粗略查了一查，似乎没有明确的法律，基本取决于网站的条款（terms of service）。大部分人说没有法律规定网站必须让网友删除帖子：

大部分论坛的条款是帖子所有权属于论坛：

If the TOS is like most other websites, neither your account nor your comments belong to you. They belong to the website and you agreed to that when you signed up.
我也查了我们论坛的条款，里面有这么一句：
“作为一个用户，您同意您所输入的任何信息将被记录至数据库。”
这相当于站方有权保留帖子，没有帮助网友删除帖子的义务吧。
上面那个dpreview论坛的一个管理员回复比较恳切，说删帖会破坏讨论的完整性：
For example, you may have started a thread where many other members participated in it, responding to the original post you made, adding content that was beneficial to other members.
So, if I removed your post, that content may no longer be understood, because the original post the content was based upon would be missing.
So, I take those kinds of requests on a case by case basis, looking at the impact removing the posts would have on the forum community as a whole.
In most cases, the terms of service for a site grant them a license to publish the content you post, and you probably don't have the right to demand that content be removed.
I think that most sites will probably try to be as fair as possible. But, they may still take problems associated with removal of your posts into consideration, as not to diminish other member contributions related to your posts that could be affected if your posts are removed.
不过他这样case by case的处理非常耗时。手动操作也容易出错。
综上所述，我向站长建议关闭自助删帖功能，站方也不提供清空所有帖子的服务。主要目的是想保留完整的讨论记录。站长让我发帖说明一下。
顺便也劝经常互骂的网友消消气，保持论坛整洁，不要把灌水变成撒气泄愤的渠道。骂人不仅污染公共环境，也影响自己的身心。见过很多吵架的网友清空帖子、冻结账号，想来是吵到自己也厌烦了，不想再这样持续心情恶劣下去吧。祝各位网友文明聊天，灌水愉快。
