Tesla insurance is quite different from other insurance companies, because they know how you drive more than you do. So the insurance they quote base heavily on your driving habit- over speed, distance from other cars etc. they will start with a basic quote and continuously adjust month to month.
The quote they gave me for my 2024 model Y was $192/m to start. With $1k deductible, 12k annual mile. What’s yours? You can easily get a quote by going to

One interesting thing is if you have two vehicles, like one of my friends. They will just add a small premium rather than double- because you can only drive one vehicle at a time. Don’t know the details but just kinda find it interesting.

真特么贵。我家里两个司机，每个油车在保险上都是不到100，特斯拉每个月150，state farm的(pa没有特斯拉保险，这垃圾公司不敢在pa开保险估计是因为pa有tort)。
基本上一个特斯拉的保险就是两个油车加起来的和，而且这两个油车还不能太便宜。如果是便宜油车的话一个特斯拉保险能顶3辆油车。

特斯拉车那么便宜保险怎么那么贵？我三辆车都没这么贵的保险，一辆车的钱够买两辆特斯拉了。是保额选得不一样吗？

加州太贵，tesla保险费用比同价位的车高，更离谱。我把tesla加到自己的farmers保险里，每月直接涨1200，之前两辆车全保也才1200，翻倍了。quote了一下tesla的保险，一个月两百多，更坑。

必然的，作弊当政的结果就是事故高发，保险公司也不是傻子。

我两台车全保半年才880，liability 50万，deductible 500。你这一台车半年1100多，dedutible 1000，还限制开得里程数。
