今天突然听到卫生间传来嗡嗡的声音，跑进去一看，马桶里的水正在被抽干，抽干后还继续抽，大概持续1分钟才停止
请问这是怎么回事？以前从来没遇到过

而且当时检查了其他的马桶，没有出现这个现象

本地常有的现象，公寓楼要雇人上房顶的。

排气管堵住，楼上冲水，楼下压力变化，马桶水位变化。
