earlier today at the meeting, elon: tesla likely will produce 1.5 million cars in 2022, reaching a run rate of 2 million cars per year by the end of 2022
also elon: eventually, all cars (tesla or non-tesla) will be self driving; but the thing that is hardest to replicate is tesla's manufacturing technology.
elon: we are thinking 10 to 12 giga factories total, with each factory producing 1.5 to 2 million vehicles per year.
also elon: pricing for Cybertruck will be different, which is bad, to reflect inflation. share buyback is on the table, once the company has sufficient cash and the world is stable.
a bit earlier, elon: optimus will be more valuable than tesla cars in the long run.
