match是医学院毕业，都快三十的人了，可能不在子女教育的范畴了吧。当然，有自豪的老父母要来显摆一下也是可以的。:D

Match 这玩意儿就跟国内高考录取差不多，只不过国内高考是千军万马过独木桥，Match则是基本一个萝卜一个坑。Match不上的，都是自己作死，只选Top Rank and/or 热门Speciality，要不就是实在是条件太差，Step 2都没考过。

两个同事的二代今年毕业
一个是Student president, one research paper won national award. One ready to publish manuscript. Match to first choice OBGyn.
另一个Caribbean Med school, didn’t get first choice Anesthesia , went to a preliminary internal medicine program.

本土MD program is ridiculously competitive，以至于这帮人申的时候都是人模狗样的，真进了MD program就一门心思卷那几个高收入的赛道。
Help patients? 不存在的。
