According to the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, the April 28 incident saw a complete failure of radar and communication links between aircraft and controllers at the Philadelphia Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON), which has overseen Newark arrivals since the FAA shifted responsibility from Long Island last year. Five FAA employees have since taken 45 days of leave under the Federal Employees Compensation Act, citing trauma.

飞行员倒没有请假哦，照说飞行员也一样紧张吧。今年美国航空真是乱套了。

现在显然空管不够了。前一阵doge瞎折腾，提前买断离职的估计也不少。

飞行员短期现在没有那么严重了，各公司都砍了点航班，新飞行员找工作没那么容易了
