北大助理教授有三年考核期，三年延长总共六年，非升即走。

韦今年6月就到期，他现在加入抖音为了控制舆论。利用民粹造神让北大不敢开除他。不过他autism想不出这么聪明的方法，背后有高人指点吧。不得不说民粹真好用，从世界范围内看都屡试不爽。

6月7号有广东教授博主发帖，作为高校教师，北大数学天才韦东奕的研究成果并不多，甚至可以说这些成果少得可怜。

北大不要，然后去别处，比较理想。因为确实没有什么成果，是做题家，有光环。

为什么不能做个工具人？有人给他具体问题，细节的技术问题这种人应该可以，要开创领域系统肯定不行。

教书肯定更不行，估计只顾自己讲。好处是听不懂学生也服气，－般老师学生就造反

我尽量客观一点。

韦东奕是个很聪明、数学功底很扎实的人，但目前来说，他还没有做出那种能在国际数学界引起广泛关注的原创性成果。

如果他以后能脱离导师（多与导师章志飞合作）的路线，自己主导提出一些重要的猜想或者新方法，并且能把成果发在数学顶级期刊上，再加上在国际会议上被大家广泛认可和引用，那才有可能真正进入一流数学家的行列。

是一个只会做题,不会出题的人?

作为数学大师,必须会出题,提出一个xxx猜想,你自己不必去证明,你一样能大师
像雅各比猜想,黎曼猜想,还有没有中国人名字的猜想吧

第一，表达能力差，当不了老师
第二，擅长解决已经解决的数学问题，不擅长解决还未解决的数学问题。所以当不了数学家。

所以他最合适的数学领域的职位就是出题师。

最搞笑的是看到过他学生说自己参加过奥赛拿过奖，韦神的课却一点听不懂。网民为此说韦神水平太高了。又不是报告自己天顶星的科研，讲个教科书的内容不是应该深入浅出，言简意赅，让学生都明白？

难题也不会做吧

能做重要难题，也能成为数学家
