现在专科医生大量由NP和PA代替
一个科室就几个真正专科医生
每个医生找几个NP或者PA助手
看门诊时候都是NP/PA接诊
麻痹花钱还是专科的收费
麻痹我是看医生还是看护士啊
不过对医院来说确实省钱？

看病的跟homeless 差不多
四个孩子多少学校
见到的学生比美国看病的形象都好。
我们这里urgent Care 看病的都是homeless..

没啥区别，能看头疼脑热，稍大的病就referral

我从来没见过PA看门诊的，我只在一次眼科肿瘤手术时碰到过PA，人帮忙眼科surgeon 设置手术显微镜啥的
整体医院里PA的level比NP高很多。

一知半解！在不少州，NP可以自主执业，特别primary care, 而PA必须有医生supervision
