赖美豪中 写了: 2025年 7月 17日 23:08 property law管着叫adverse possession, boundary by acquiescence, or boundary by agreement。
1. Texas – Recognizes doctrines like adverse possession and boundary by acquiescence. A fence treated as the boundary for at least 10 years can establish the boundary under the 10-year adverse possession rule (Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code § 16.026).
2. California – Recognizes agreed boundaries and prescriptive easements. If a fence is mutually accepted and used as the boundary for five years, it may be recognized even if a survey says otherwise.
3. New York – Accepts practical location or boundary by acquiescence, requiring long-term recognition (usually 10+ years) by both parties.
4. Florida – Recognizes boundary by acquiescence when both parties treat a boundary line (like a fence) as valid for seven years or more.
5. Illinois – Uses the acquiescence doctrine, especially when a boundary is accepted by both parties for at least 20 years.
赖美豪中 写了: 2025年 7月 17日 23:08 property law管着叫adverse possession, boundary by acquiescence, or boundary by agreement。

除了德州的,其它的州也请给出法律出处赖美豪中 写了: 2025年 7月 17日 23:08 property law管着叫adverse possession, boundary by acquiescence, or boundary by agreement。
