另外，即使你没有患上网球肘，也可能会由于打得太多，而导致小臂肌肉紧张僵硬。有一个Muscle Roller神器可以帮助放松肌肉，进行预防。这个神器不仅可以用于手臂，对于放松小腿和大腿肌肉也非常有用。我个人觉得，比起按摩椅通常只能挤压的模式，Muscle Roller的滚动按摩放松作用不是一个量级，特别推荐。

我是胳膊出了问题，歇了将近一年了

感觉网球这种球和球拍冲击力大的体育运动，最好还是花点钱和教练学一下最基础的技术动作，一是充满乐趣，二是避免受伤，非常值得的。
