加了，也煮去血沫。各种去腥料也加了。还把煮肉水倒掉从换了一锅水。根本没用

Castration also helps to avoid "boar taint," an unpleasant odor and taste that can develop in the meat of uncastrated male pigs when they reach sexual maturity, according to the American Association of Swine Veterinarians.
