就是说Federal appeal court 判决trump的关税非法。但是现有的关税政策仍然有效，会延长到10月14日。10月14日之后怎么样，就是打官司的事情，是一个大大的未知数，股市当然对这一个决定没有任何反应很正常。

不是supreme court, 是federal appeal court. 当时心不在焉地给带错了。 那个7 VS 4 的决定也不会supreme court 的结果。现在把标题和首贴给修改了。
