10mil 量级的还要考虑拿cash投资升值，这个量级就算30年拿也是每年60m，还投什么资，早就是想干啥干啥了。难道你还真指望把钱花完？

annuity也不会让你拿的钱变多，最多就是每年的利息不用滚动交税
