只要不是投资（出租）房，就算自住的，贷款利息比较低。这不算fraud吧。
不出租也不能同时claim俩primary。属于占国家便宜。
不需要，自住房要求很低，你只需要在move-in 60天内move-in然后住一段时间。一般6个月以后你再申请一个自住房贷款就完全合法。你也不需要refinance之前的房子。因为你是bona fide primary house mortgagor。lisa cooker这个2b是同时申请2个primary house loans
