烙印在职场打压华人，好像没有什么书面的政策来背书，只不过因为烙印主管手上有权，他就有选择的自由，其实白人老板也有这个自由，或者说有更多的自由。

烙印脸皮厚抱团，英语是母语，母国不是共产主义，不搞东升西降，非要按种族国籍分，大陆移民天生劣势很正常啊

俺已经两次跟不同烙印经理合作搞掉其他背后捅刀的烙印

做到真正的相互帮助，相互扶持，就会形成良性循环。等我有空了说几个反例。
其实职场上现在大部分靠人脉，为啥老板换公司喜欢带走手下？可信可靠啊

same question 10 years back. based on my observation, most of chinese managers do not hire as many chinese as Indian do. now, i start to understand some of the reasons -- chinese believes anyone (I) can be the king as well. when they get the work done, they will start to feel it is all my credit.
anyway, 10 yr ago, it was hard... now it is almost impossible since most of indians got the management positions. 华人自己内斗
