没有任何一个参数可以给出15nm以下的

1.3nm比1.4nm领先，领先多少呢？

3x经济性；不是3x算力

如果晶体管密度不能上去, 单卡的算力还是受限.

不过目前阶段, 是不是3nm已经不再重要.中国完全可以靠澎湃的电力,至少争取5年时间. 美国这种搞法, 3年电网就崩溃了.

您怎么就把efficient翻译成了经济性的？
人家明明说的是算力。您英文是地下室自学的？

说 5nm 3nm已经没意义了。以后应该把20nm节点晶体管密度定义为1X，2倍的定义为2X。。。
这样就没啥歧义
