都不用腌？卤猪蹄看着很入味啊！我以前也常买T-bone羊肉，我是用锅先煎后煮，可能煮半小时左右。

我喜欢肥的，T-bone不是我的菜。猪蹄更吸引人。

Air fryer is more energy efficient than traditional oven. If have to use oven, use convection mode.

可以吧。但是空气炸锅容易，我们现在用得比较多
