奥姆里·卡斯比（Omri Casspi）早在2009年进入NBA时，就已经创造了历史。
他是第一位征战NBA的以色列球员，在NBA效力了10个赛季，先后效力于7支球队，并在2017年作为勇士队赛季中期的一员赢得了一枚总冠军戒指。
但他职业生涯最大的“胜利”，其实发生在退役之后——他创立了 Swish Ventures。
这是一家成立于2025年初的风险投资公司，主要专注于投资网络安全和人工智能领域的早期创业公司。
卡斯比通常会向每家公司投资约2000万美元。对于初创企业来说，这笔投资相对较大，甚至明显高于行业平均水平。
但在他看来，这就是经营一家投资公司的风险所在。
卡斯比曾表示：
“我知道，2000万美元对于一家处于早期阶段的公司来说是一笔很大的投资，但我想寻找市场上最好的机会。在我投资的公司中，我通常投入的资金会高于平均水平。”
虽然Swish Ventures成立还不到两年，但卡斯比的一些投资已经获得了巨大的回报。
投资 Cognition 时，公司估值约为1.5亿美元；如今估值已达到260亿美元。
投资 Upwind Security 时，公司估值约为6500万美元；如今估值已达到30亿美元。

He was the first Israeli player to play in the league, played 10 seasons in the NBA for 7 teams, and won a ring as an in-season member of the Warriors in 2017.
But the biggest win of his career came when he retired and founded Swish Ventures.
A venture capital firm that started in early 2025 focused on early-stage startups in cybersecurity and AI.
Casspi usually invests $20 million per company which is a relatively bigger amount than the average, especially for startup companies.
But to him, it's part of the risk of running a business.
“I know $20 million is a large check for the early stages of a company’s life, but I want to find the best opportunities that exist. In the companies I invest in, I usually put in more money than average," Casspi said.
It's only been less than 2 years, but some of his investments have reaped big rewards.
Invested in Cognition when it was valued at $150 million (now valued at $26 billion)
Invested in Upwind Security when it was valued at $65 million (now valued at $3 billion)
Swish currently has around 20 companies in its portfolio, with eight reportedly reaching unicorn status. (per Globes).
Today, Casspi's assets under management are at $800 million
