WTF are you talking about? There is 79% of N2 in the atmosphere, but humans are living happily inside of it. I’d guess if there is 50% of CO2 in the atmosphere, they might be even happier.

Beginning at about 4% concentration CO2 will limit your ability to exercise. At about 5%, you begin to develop serious hypercapnia - this is an increase in blood CO2 level resulting in increasing acidity from carbonic acid. Acidic blood chemistry can cause all sorts of neurological and respiratory problems, and heart arrhythmias. At 6%, more disturbing symptoms appear, particularly confusion and lethargy. At 7%, the exposure becomes dangerous and very unpleasant, with labored, difficult breathing even at rest, panic, and more pronounced confusion.
Also, the exposure time needed for symptoms to appear drops rapidly with increasing concentration. It might take a few hours at 5%, but only a few minutes at 7%.
At 10%, your life is at immediate risk. You will likely be suffering convulsions and falling unconscious in minutes, and dead in half an hour.
At 30%, loss of consciousness can occur in only seconds, even if oxygen is present.

右派的人，怎么说呢，都是这么没逻辑。这个还算好的，承认了co2几十年就从0.03涨到0.04，tiny change blah blah。搞笑的是他自作聪明又加了一句，below 0.02 plant life starts dying off。自己打脸又快又好。yeah, that's what a tiny change does to planet earth.
