On your November 1st earning statement, you will notice the addition of an imputed income earning code with the description FMV (Fair Market Value). This earning code is adding in the value of your HSC Life Insurance Benefit received between January 2023 and June 2023. The FMV amount will add to your taxable grosses but will not add to your monthly paid amount. The FMV amount will be reported as “fringes” in box 14 on your form W-2
