我们修车匠一般都会惺惺相惜，好不容易碰到一个也会修车的Riikanbkk，自然要替他说几句话
在美国大凡能自己动手修车，而且还懂点电控，还懂点电焊车床，一般都不会很穷，你可以去车行打工，赚min wage,虽然一年下来没能省下多数钱，但好歹都能吃口热饭。你也可以自己开车行，比如不要garage常年奔波craigslist的那种,一年下来15万打底，而且还不用税，忙上几年赚个小黑屋估计问题不大。但你们看看这个Riikanbkk，显然很穷，穷得叮当响。我们就此来猜测下泰国的就业环境吧：
1）在泰国修车有行业准入制度，什么是行业准入制度？比如美国的医生执照就是，如果泰国人要修车，必须先去哈佛大学学习4年机械，再在曼谷汽车修理厂实习2年，考了当地的修车执照然后才能修车
2）或者，修车行业有奇特的税收制度，比如修日本车要缴纳100%的tax给政府，修泰国车不要，但本地偏偏没有泰国国产车。。。
3）又比如，当地修车行业由黑社会把持，别人很难入足。。。。
4）比如当地有对某些人的歧视政策，比如在美国的外国人
总之，上面各条大凡碰到一条，你就得过穷日子了，无论你的手艺有多高，反正吃肉你是不用想的了，现在回想起来邓矮子真是爱民如子啊，修车在中国算个体手工业，大部分人开修车铺连营业执照都不用，就是弄个1,2个工人搞执照也是个体户，在中国个体户是家庭手工业，不要税，你赚多少自己拿多少。所以你凡是跑过国道乡道的，沿路全是热胶补胎停车吃饭修车，这样的国家你想不穷也难，所以中国就这样不知不觉地崛起了
同样的修车工，不同的人生啊，老话说的好，志士不立于危檐之下，投胎绝对是门大学问。

所以宽松的就业环境是一个国家迅速发展的重要保证。美国有H1b,各种排期，各种行业准入，各种clearance,所以今天的美国除了软工业外已经没有任何hard industry了，连颗螺丝都做不了，跟前清差不了多少

发达郭嘉签证难那也没办法，但这儿水平离发达有点远，本来旅游郭嘉签证开放大把老外来消费生活做贡献，这是把这条路想卡死了，也像发达郭嘉一样只要油水大的。。。

所以大家对你的建议就是换个地方。我建议你改修摩托，修摩托不需要特别大型的设备，而且摩托维修周期短，你们泰国满大街都是摩托，换机油，换离合器，换轴瓦都是很常见的活，肯定比你在家捣鼓自己的破车赚钱。

（1）是的，中国车在泰国一直都有卖的，以前是DFSK和上汽MG，但现在电车投资大卖得真好，我不太懂不太了解，就不评价了
（2）泰国就是很正常产业保护、就业保护啦，前一种比如特色文化，土特产，龙头产业汽车电子某些种类化工；后一种保证平民最简单就业的低级劳力劳工，小商人个体户，肯定都是绝对红线。
歪果仁做劳工就是脑力，技术，管理，泰国短处的领域之类。最简单就是普通文员，翻译，外语老师都可以做。另一种就是不是来打工而是有钱投资来开公司的，那就松得多了，因为泰国明文规定任何公司泰国本地人股份都在51%以上，所以钱和所有权你永远是（按法律，当然各种擦边子歪门邪道妖孽）只占少数。外国公司要想100%自己股份和产权，只能是非盈利组织，或者非营业的代表处/办事处。
这个泰国人股份51%以上是硬性的，例外非常少，就连丰田、DHL这样的大龙头公司都没有例外
（3）买房一直可以买房，买地永远没法完全合法买地持有地。所以高层楼房上的公寓房一直都可以买超级简单，但是民房、小院永远别想。
另一个就是买房跟签证毫无任何关系，没有丝毫帮助，丢了工作后旅游签太频繁被拒签的话，有家回不来是很正常司空见惯的。比如跟泰国老婆吵架打老婆被终身黑名单了，那就遣返永远别想正常回来咯。泰国对于interpol的护照关联数据库、生物信息数据库可是世界上头号热心，全世界第一批大力推广
当然，实际买房操作也很多了，各种各样的保险合同啦，各种心眼的长租合同啦（理论一次最多30年+30年保证下次，有各种歪门邪道操作），终身使用权益啦。。。 但有一点是通用的，有土地的房子永远也别想挂在自己的名下，绝无可能；高层楼房的小区一直就能买不需要任何渠道，旅游签也可以交钱签合同过户闪电般搞定。

买个乡下带院子的小破房，搞几台经典老车慢慢捣鼓。这才是人生啊！

这位荷兰人就是普通的入境游客，也没在泰国结婚，只是特别喜爱普及环境经常住泰国多年，机场rogue officer理由是他住泰国时间很长，虽然你有一年多次签证，但你住一年我肯定抓你！（这样绝对是无理rogue执法） 就是把一个合法游客/nomad硬是非法拘禁了。这是今年的新趋势。当然从疫情时重用恶名排外苏拉差又让他做移民局长的时候也看出这种势头了，泰国现在混得好点了，开始自我感觉良好看不起歪果仁了
泰妹的名声之大难道你不知道么。当然泰国好人很多，但泰妹比如说麻了男友拿钱包跑了的事情绝对不少，把男友麻得三天迷迷糊糊连自己的名字都连不起来。毕竟西人一般按泰国标准，钱巨多，没有感情为了钱交往也是个热门竞争激烈行业。硬要说的话，歪国鹊拿着大钱在鸠国买了大巢，一鸠一边钩搭好鹊，一边动脑子让鹊被黑名单驱逐了，接下来只剩谁住这个鸠和鹊一直住着的巢呢
我举得那个例子另有一人，公开是这样说的，但具体什么细节和隐情，到底实际责任如何，没有人能知道。但都和那位喜爱普及、热情合法自住在泰国多年的荷兰老外没关系。想知道我为什么这样说啊， 有一个这样被一边rogue officer不准入境关移民监遣返的，心里有火，刚被遣返也不换签证，直接同一个签证一样手续换了个另一边从春武里那边机场马上重回泰国。这一次什么事情都没有，本来就是有效合法签证，正常合理来泰。没有rogue的话肯定顺利进来呗。还有另一个老外，带了现金就行了但是有个rogue硬说现金不是泰铢不行，要扭着强制遣返，这个老外是体力执行力强，入境为了容易找因为现金不足理由扣人，所以入境是没有ATM的，这老外眼疾身快在被扭出入境上遣返飞机时，愣是挣脱扭送冲到ATM硬取出了泰铢，也被很多注意到了这事情，rogue没招了，找借口都找不出老老实实盖章让他进来。

一年四季无温差白天最高温32-34°C入夜很凉快，比其它地方夏天最热的时候实际上是凉快很多，而且永远不变（只要不下雨）挺省心
不过今年他猫的不行了，现在是白天38-40℃，漆黑半夜还32-34℃！猫的在泰国十二年第一次这么热，这么恐怖。这段的气候是挺奇特的，22年是暴雨不停全年都变成梅雨季，去年底我回天朝是晚冬十一月还热得要死，然后又爆冷暴雪倒春寒。。。 泰国则是从没见过的超高温。。。 都是二十年一遇的小概率吧

As a transgender programmer/engineer, I've hated by most fellow Chinois folks, all my relatives hated me, growing from this environment no wonder I'm very deeply socialphobe and 'dumb'. At the company I working at the time, I'm the sole CAD/BOM/PLC/Fanuc/CG programming/Automated AI designing plugin programming... They pretty much used me as employee-everything, gave me low salary and send me on what no others will handle. Pretty much every automation hubs theirs are one-man designed by me by my own automated plugins, sends detailed BOM to equipment contractor, so the company saved from contractors' designing charge. One of their biggest hub could be delayed to months as the contractor couldn't travel here during covit times, they let me handle structural welding and automation software and all the electrical wiring, the contractor was stupid at PLC controlling so I deleted all, and written new my own. With all hundreds cabinets my new wiring diagram. And still compliant to contractor's remote server communication. The giant hub was well into operation in covit times 1 month ahead of schedule.
But as a socialphobe I'm really awkward at many situations, during boss chief executive's meeting with big customer, I straight out pointed boss's a tech dumbo and is speaking nonsense. And when project manager let me handle project everything he just gone flirt with girls and have funtime, I publicly annouced the fact, and states he should and least go solve the severe container shipping delay which I have no authority over. And after some very violent clashes with colleague, I spoke with boss something have to be solved, and I'll have hire lawyers for arbitrition, and if I go to your competitors it'll be this company's loss. This is 30th/dec. 31st/dec is new year holiday and I gone vacation, while taking company 'job phone' with me.
That day I took my Celi to a national park, had some off-roading, with my butt-tuning to 18psi 7000rpm Link ROM progress, it was a fun day and fullfiled! And afternoon I took some photo on top of dam, and set on go back travel return to my home. last thing I remeber I just get on the main road from the dam pass, and scratched lower frontend underbracing when going down the dam. And was thinking, should go stop at a gas station, restaurant, or sightseeing point. Or straight go home. Then everything was blank. Although I know I definitely driving some further, but total blank. Next time I was awoke, it was 7 days later, 120km away from dam, in the opposite direction to my home!
Now one woman speaks to me, ask for money, she could be asedk me to sign some fishy document since language barrier I really don't know a thing? But my head is all fuzzy I couldn't confirm. I could only remember very slight up to day 12th/Jan/21. I felt very heavy fever-like of discomforts but have no fever symptoms. Which I know very familliar it's op**m and some other seductive. Anyway you know I'm a loner, I've no relatives and friend to contact, knowing this situation abyssal I might had complied with her? But I really don't have money and no savings living on salary and credit card. So she didn't got much of the money she want, but still sends me go. She said I was in an accident and hit a lorry truck, and showed one photo, I immediately noticed this photo is strange, it's an empty truck carrying no payloads, but the tailgate was openned and 90° lowered horizontal, and the tailgate was violently sliced inside Celi's broken windshield and cabin, so it isn't falling down after. Celi would be by normal average body-repair shops standard, completely totalled. Truck's steel thick tailgate definitely A-OK. She gave me back my phone and charger to sends her money( everything my personal effects was returned to me, except company 'job phone' missing, and gopro dashcam smashed ), but I really have no savings, I have besides credit cards only the salary the company issued on 31st/dec my vacation day. She's not satisfied but still use my tiny salary called flatbed pickup truck sends me and Celi off.
OK. I know since I lost more than 10 days of memories, complete blank whatever the reason is, it's simply irresponsible for me to don't accept what she said, I won't say otherwise unless I have considerable reasons. But something fishy when I was repairing my car.
(1) The driver's door waffer lock was picked and a spring jammed, now original Yota key won't work on that door, as an experienced locksmith( my father waspolice technician, for safe locksmith, forensic, firearm and residue etc., even he despised my MtF identification, I still know these thing well from him even better in some ) even I could not fix the waffer cylinder directly as the waffer's tiny spring latch simply broke off.
Well, I'm on vacation that day and the driver's door was working like always. And I always drive Celi with door knob open and windows fully rolled down, as you know, this '94 very early Celi doesn't have a autolock when speed, the small door controller only doing is 1key 2-doors or pressed-lock-button no-auto-unlock when close door. The door lock behaves nothing when speed cruising.
By this I mean if I 'fall unconsciousness' after collision, and the 'collision' is on passengers side driver's door complete intact, there's no reason anyone fumble my doorlock to get me out. As I said dtiver's side mostly intact, I reused all parts no prob, only turning signal plug wire broken during bumper contacting truck rear end( when tailgate reached further inside cabin ) And Celi is my sole car, I have only this single key with me, so when she called flatbed for trailer, there's no reason trailer driver 'picked' wrong key and fumbled door lock.
btw. plz anyone don't ask me these tailgate pictures, I still have them in a dedicated folder, but seeing any of these would be too painful for me. I posted in our group could search old post if must.
(2) my pride, the DIY twin-entry, twin-wastegates, two barrel AA-gun manifold for stock CT20b( yeah you see it right, I did this for stock turbo, I guess I am a lil out of my mind lol ) rebuilt turbo, the twin WGs AA-gun barrels was destroyed by tailgate, and the collector was complete cracked open, even the cast iron turbo support had a small crack.
Seeing this turbo is the first thing I inspected when I started repair Celi, as soon I could collect my mind and have slight memory. I started weld main hoop to mend chassis and immediately borescoped turbine. Saw some splints, and lucky me or why, the inconels vanes are perfect not even a tiny scratch Yeah! ?.... Of course the compressor side same no scratch the entire turbo was perfect. And when I unmount the turbo I found tons literally pile of stainless splints inside, more than borescope could see for port.
Let's suppose I was speeding into tailgate. May be most splinters would be expelled outside due to high pressure? I changed back to stock manifold welded WG and now first butt tuning to convert Link ECU back to stock log breathing characteristics, only up to 8%TPS 3200rpm and already seeing slight MGP. Yeah seeing the bright side.

Well, I'm on vacation that day and the driver's door was working like always. And I always drive Celi with door knob open and windows fully rolled down, as you know, this '94 very early Celi doesn't have a autolock when speed, the small door controller only doing is 1key 2-doors or pressed-lock-button no-auto-unlock when close door. The door lock behaves nothing when speed cruising.
By this I mean if I 'fall unconsciousness' after collision, and the 'collision' is on passengers side driver's door complete intact, there's no reason anyone fumble my doorlock to get me out. As I said dtiver's side mostly intact, I reused all parts no prob, only turning signal plug wire broken during bumper contacting truck rear end( when tailgate reached further inside cabin ) And Celi is my sole car, I have only this single key with me, so when she called flatbed for trailer, there's no reason trailer driver 'picked' wrong key and fumbled door lock.

(2) my pride, the DIY twin-entry, twin-wastegates, two barrel AA-gun manifold for stock CT20b( yeah you see it right, I did this for stock turbo, I guess I am a lil out of my mind lol ) rebuilt turbo, the twin WGs AA-gun barrels was destroyed by tailgate, and the collector was complete cracked open, even the cast iron turbo support had a small crack.
Seeing this turbo is the first thing I inspected when I started repair Celi, as soon I could collect my mind and have slight memory. I started weld main hoop to mend chassis and immediately borescoped turbine. Saw some splints, and lucky me or why, the inconels vanes are perfect not even a tiny scratch Yeah! ?.... Of course the compressor side same no scratch the entire turbo was perfect. And when I unmount the turbo I found tons literally pile of stainless splints inside, more than borescope could see for port.
