很正常，食色性也，都是正常男女，又有直接的利益关系。美国多数房产经纪都是高中毕业，最多本科学历，而买得起房的尤其是买得起值钱房子的男性往往社会地位都不低，碰上个有些姿色的经济不就水到渠成了么。
