The data seems not correct in this ranking.
For instance, JHU has 4% attend medical school and the number is 451. 451 / 0.04 = 11275. JHU has 11275 undergraduate?
Another example: Brown 375 / 0.031 = 12096 vs Duke 419 / 0.028 = 14964. But Brown has more undergraduate than Duke: 7222 vs 6640.
If the percentage includes graduate students, then the comparison makes no sense.
Garbage in garbage out.
