smic管理层问题很大，几百亿市值的大公司， 竟然一直没处理这种存在好几年的关联交易和会计问题，会计公司安永都吓跑了，散户还是远离。
本来基本面也没太大竞争力，其他老牌服务器供应商也很快发力，smic很难持续领先
