The words “delay” and “depose” were found on a live round and a shell casing tied to the shooter who killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson on Wednesday, law enforcement sources told CNN on Thursday.

Detectives believe the suspect in the shooting of the UnitedHealthcare CEO operated slowly, deliberately, and in a way that suggested he was experienced marksman.
Surveillance video shows the gunman as he leveled his semi-automatic pistol and fired at his target from 20 feet away.
Even as his gun jammed three times, the shooter calmly and quickly cleared the jams and continued firing as he walked closer to his target.
He reacts in the way that someone with firearms training from law enforcement or the military would be trained to react to such an issue.

这是普通人自发的报复行为，而且这人经济情况并不富裕，才用了一把便宜而不可靠的手枪。
20英尺的距离，打这种近乎静止的目标，和靶场戳纸没啥区别，一枪爆头应该是piece of cake。
所以我的判断是枪手应该是普通的枪支拥有者，平时也经常练习包括排除故障在内的各种枪械操作，射击水平实在很一般，但心理素质极佳，应该是深仇大恨，铁了心规划好了一切。

这是普通人自发的报复行为，而且这人经济情况并不富裕，才用了一把便宜而不可靠的手枪。

英雄啊，mlgb，我帝的保险公司实在笑话，obamacare以后收入10x，因为不想给受保人返还保费，保险公司雇了一堆buddy把这些钱全烧了，各个公司实际用于医疗支出的钱居然比10年钱还低。所以说杀少了。

社交媒体对这货被杀没人表示同情，反倒是喝彩的不少，可见保险业的口碑。 据说其他几家保险都增加保费为CEO配备全程保护。
