这个东西感觉可能和雄激素有关。据说长期同居会导致男性雄激素下降。低雄激素的人一般思路都不怎么灵活。
"2. Testosterone and Ageing:
Cognitive Decline:
As men age, testosterone levels naturally decline, and this decline may be associated with cognitive loss.
Neuroprotective Effects:
Some research suggests that testosterone may have neuroprotective effects, potentially delaying neuronal apoptosis (cell death), accelerating nerve regeneration, and reducing beta-amyloid peptide levels (a protein linked to Alzheimer's disease).
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT):
TRT, used to treat low testosterone, has been studied for its effects on cognitive function, with some studies showing improvements in memory and cognitive performance. However, other studies have shown mixed results, and more research is needed to determine the long-term effects of TRT on cognitive function. "
