太忙了，一下不仔细研究就被新闻忽悠……
刚看了一下，说的为富人减税应该指的是这个：The bill includes permanent tax cuts for high-income individuals and corporations. For example, the bill could permanently extend the Trump tax cuts from 2017, which disproportionately benefited the wealthy.
所以这个bill主要是减福利？

这个所谓给富人减税就是把现在得税制延续下去。我肯定不算富人把，如果跳回2017得税制我一年大概要多交4万-5万
