你们这些迂腐文人真是可笑，难道因为没有身份人家就不生了？难道没身份的一生下来你就把人掐死？以后美国一半没身份，一半有身份，什么狗屁EO宪法全都是废话。如果75%没身份，EO宪法都是草纸。

#20 美国最高法院将在10月份对出生公民权作出宪法解释
美国宪法第十四修正案明文规定："All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."
而且，美国最高法院从1898年United States v. Wong Kim Ark的案件判例开始，就一直承认the jus soli principle的。
