中国日韩尤其台湾的烘培店都比其他地方特色烘培店好吃。中东的前段也尝了几款，都是甜得腻人。

其实都是学日本的，模样CUTE，草莓蓝莓巧克力馅(artificial flavor/coloring)，奶油涂层(多是加糖的hydrogenated oil）
，再撒点花花绿绿Candy果仁....其实前面说的对，东亚这种日系烘培店都是ultra processed的junk food!

你说的中东的比如Baklava，是很甜也很油腻但是选材是HONEY跟OLIVE OIL，远胜于日系/东亚点心

自己用面包机烤面包就是甜的，里面很松软，外面一层脆壳。就是高筋面粉，酵母，盐，糖, 黄油,水扔面包机里，basic 档就行，三个多差不多四小时就行。搞几次就知道什么样的水粉比做出来的适合自己，想松软就多加水，想有嚼劲就少加水。这种松软是带筋道的松软，美帝外面超市货架上卖的大路货方包是没有筋道的松软，完全不是一回事，自己做的放几天就会变成货架上的那种。LOL
