According to the legal definition of California, "Statutory rape is a sexual act with a minor under the legal age of 18”. Professor Cui Yi has committed the crime of "statuary rape".
Did the Stanford University administration know about them? Absolutely !!!
So, why is this convicted rapist still employed at Stanford?
Why such an egregious violation of trust and ethics has been allowed to persist without meaningful action from Stanford University. The failure to address this issue in a timely and transparent manner has undermined the core principles of justice and integrity that Stanford purports to uphold. 只要利害关系足够大，改个法律也就是玩一样的，有NY 老川案子珠玉在前，加共抄个作业还不简单？

如果还能找到其他人一起提告，三个人可进行class action诉讼，貌似一般可以无视诉讼期。
小倔牛这个事儿，告性侵未成年估计现在不行了。毕竟看上去双方已经谈妥了。
