她自己关起门来说说，或者在网上说说，都是言论自由。跑到别人纪念kirk的葬礼上去挑衅，已经跨越了言论自由的边界，别人让她走，她一定要留在那里捣乱，属于扰乱公共秩序。这种情况美国法院有很多类似判例。
