His only problem is that he shot him again while on the ground. I agree the scumbag is better off dead but in the eye of the law you are only supposed to stop the threat, not finish em off. I hope the Grand Jury decision goes in his favor. He needs to emphasize that he still felt threatened. Works for the cops when they say it.

texas的grand jury都是sham, 结果都是DA想要的。问题不是补枪，问题是他不知道有录像。这个案子有录像是100%起诉的
