自家律师的话你就不要信了，什么多少个月内绿卡都是没影子的事情，只看最后一段DACA就明白了怎么回事了，他老爹滞留了，他没有合法身份，靠着DACA申请了工卡EAD，而且看上下文极有可能过期，也是他在机场被抓的原因，因为今年5月开始，DACA的EAD的不给续，大批过期，像他这样过期EAD栽在机场的多了去了

现在有两个案子在协商，TRUMP的政府初步协议，除TEXAS外
其他州的DACA受惠人可以暂时免受DEPORTATION + EAD/续约

TEXAS的DACA只有前一项暂时不会被递解出境，但不能申请EAD，现有的过期后不会续
