这是high deductible的小毛小病基本全自费。除非你在大厂，那么医保不用自己付很多。自己做生意，和裸奔差不多。

这是保险公司和Obama care的问题，需要整治保险公司和医疗系统，而不是一味的用纳税人的钱去填窟窿，不可持续。
也只能怨民主党政策造成太多人free ride, 需要工作的人来养。

for a 3-person household income $120K, you might expect something in the ballpark of $8-11K per year (~$650-$925/month) for the benchmark Silver plan after subsidy — with many caveats.
