真的假的？从没听说过康州north haven的房子很抢手，地段、学区很一般。倒是听说这几年woodbridge的房子很紧俏，上市就卖光，还常有人出价比原价更高。这在加州常见，在康州很少见。

耶鲁本部在new haven，紧邻校园的一些公寓楼很紧俏，稍远一点的single house好像一般。
north haven这些邻村里，好学区在cheshire, orange, woodbridge等村，其他村很一般。

hot的地方砍价都是往上砍，一般加价10%以内能拿到房子就烧高香了，美帝的房子只要不差的，都是往挂牌加价的，不hot的州好房子象征性加点意思一下
