包饺子用猪肉还是牛肉？

几大宗教里就有两个禁止吃猪肉。
不知道为什么。

是不是嫌猪脏？

作为东北人，好的饺子馅应该是猪肉和牛肉都有，猪肉8，牛肉2，这样的饺子馅，煮出来抱团，而且不会柴，单纯的牛肉应该做烧麦，羊肉也可以做馅，包子比较好
