其实都是学日本的，模样CUTE，草莓蓝莓巧克力馅(artificial flavor/coloring)，奶油涂层(多是加糖的hydrogenated oil）
，再撒点花花绿绿Candy果仁....其实前面说的对，东亚这种日系烘培店都是ultra processed的junk food!

不只是糖，钠的含量也不低，不要以为面包不咸就没有钠

我记得小时侯吃的面包都很松很软带一点甜味，美国店里的面包都是咸的。我理解美国的面包是主食，做三明治甜了不好吃。但是，餐馆的appetizer面包也是咸的，中餐馆的烤面包就非常非常好吃。
美国店的三明治面包，只有potato面包有点甜，味道还可以

去过一家中餐馆，老板娘送给大家吃的面包是自己烤的，甜香可口，每一次选中餐馆我都会去这一家，就是因为它的面包好吃

生计就挺好吃的，台湾人开的

自己用面包机烤面包就是甜的，里面很松软，外面一层脆壳。就是高筋面粉，酵母，盐，糖, 黄油,水扔面包机里，basic 档就行，三个多差不多四小时就行。搞几次就知道什么样的水粉比做出来的适合自己，想松软就多加水，想有嚼劲就少加水。这种松软是带筋道的松软，美帝外面超市货架上卖的大路货方包是没有筋道的松软，完全不是一回事，自己做的放几天就会变成货架上的那种。LOL
