这个小说还是蛮不错的。当年是译林或者当代有翻译的。那个语言风格非常吸引人。当时央视某些节目有介绍，音乐极美，因而对电影期望值也很高，结果看了反而有不过如此的感觉。
这个小说还有一个续集，也拍了电影。但是书评和电影似乎都不咋样。但是续集里面其实对于第一部有一些解释。但是按照班上的说法，男主是个白左大sb.背叛了自己的阶级最后又回归了自己的阶级w

“There’s something cheap about sequels,” he told a reporter, “and this one’s a complete rip-off.” When the movie was released, the critics agreed.

最后的莫西干人我看过忘了，好像歌好听？你这样看一百遍倒也不费时间，当背景音乐 我家录像带我现在记得的有周润发的千王群英会，很好看，来回复习过精彩片段。还有michael jackson、madonna、梅艳芳等歌星的mv，也来回看过很多次。
