outh Korea, UK commit to cooperate on reinforcing supply chains

South Korea and the United Kingdom agreed to bolster economic security cooperation and to fortify critical supply chains, amid the US-led initiative to diversify the global supply chain away from China.

UK Minister of State for the Indo-Pacific Anne-Marie Trevelyan and South Korea’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Lee Dohoon agreed to closer coordination on critical and emerging technology policies. The talks emphasized sectors such as AI, quantum computing and biotechnology.

The announcement reinforces the Biden administration’s push to diversify global supply chains, which are currently dominated by China, and addresses concerns about disruptions to them.

"The enemy bites us off in parts and blocks the Wagner PMC group in Bakhmut as much as possible in order to tie down our further actions."

Yevgeny Prigozhin spoke about the current situation at the front and the plans of the enemy.

The enemy has no goal to arrange "cauldrons", in modern warfare no one arranges "cauldrons". Ukrainians put pressure on certain areas and advance in case of a successful breakthrough.

"The task of the enemy is the heights, and for our grandfathers who make decisions, these are settlements."

The heights of the Berkhovsky reservoir reach 190 meters, while Bakhmut himself is in a lowland, about 100 meters, thanks to which the enemy can conveniently cover with fire.

Due to the decrease in the number of assault squads, PMC "Wagner" had to concentrate on Bakhmut, give up the flanks, and also abandon some of their own plans.

After the liberation of the city, the territory would have been cut off thanks to the road to Slavyansk, and an offensive would have developed on Chasov Yar, Druzhkovka, Konstantinovka and Kramatorsk.

The flight of units of the Ministry of Defense from the flanks deprived them of time to make a decision. The decision must be made now: building a line of defense, where the soldiers understand that they have a connection, they are covered, they have commanders and intelligence.

"The most important thing in any war is a soldier, and a soldier must be protected. To protect, he must be driven around the training ground."

Unfortunately, at the moment we have soldiers on their own, the General Staff on its own, and there is basically no layer between them.
