This is very interesting. The researchers asked a group of teachers to watch some school students and to click on a button when they saw misbehavior. What they did not know is that the experiment was actually tracking their eyes. The entire time, there was no misbehavior by any of the students, but the eye tracking showed that all the teachers constantly watched the black students and paid way more attention to them than the white students even though the black students were doing the same thing, tasks, as the white students.

This clearly shows the racism in our schools and likely other institutions. Whites can misbehave in school but teachers will miss it as they are watching the black students who don't do anything wrong.
