Members of the medical board appointed by the governor! Say no more. This was a witch hunt and she was identified by conservatives as the witch.
She is an expert that has every right to highlight the effect draconian laws have on patients and health care. She did NOT violate HIPPA. I stand in 1005 support of Dr. Bernard and hope she continues to advocate for patients.

但 是否能堕胎多大多数真实生活影响很小，尤其 边上就有兰州的，

这又是一个标题党，实际他根本没有任何人要追究这个sb医生的责任，这个医生做完手术就联系了几十家媒体来说我做了一台10岁强奸受害者的手术。着如果不叫违反hipaa我不知道hipaa还有什么存在的意义

法治的体现 美国议员应该开始要求受美国保护和资助的地区政权接受并执行美国国内同样的法规 执行地区和法规选择由国会投票表决通过 这么多国家这么多法规 够几届政府的kpi了
