"shanghaibaba" according to urban dictionary also has sexual references. and it shows up in a "R" rated rapper music video. it's 恶心和侮辱 to me after learning the real meaning in urban dictionary.

mine shows up in a PG rated animated movie.

you listed only 2 nicknames 奶油相公，奶油公公
but your cronies can easily come up with other insulting ones

the reasonable approach is to just follow admin's suggestions - if the nick name is insulting to the ID, then don't use it, else it's considered PA/GA

i have six ways to sunday to screw someone with creative insulting nick names, trust me

that's why the admin's suggestion is the best solution. If the IDs say it's insulting to them, just don't use those nick names. It's just a handle. i don't get it why people are always trying to be creative in creating malicious nick names
