最近刚听说了Mega backdoor这件事情 请问如下操作可行吗？ 有consulting收入，有公司401k但可以选不contribute

1. 开一个solo 401k 账户 ，确保账户能offer the option for post-tax contributions, and allow in-service distributions to a Roth IRA or in-service conversions to Roth 401k

2. Contribute post tax money

3. convert to Roth IRA
