现在看来，华尔街日报在10月17日的报道准确度比较高，除了蔡奇以外，包括赵乐际、王沪宁留任，以及李强、丁薛祥、李希进入常委会都预测到了。

常委人员的组成，如果是各派协商的结果，也许还可以分析。如果是领导人的一念之间，那偶然性就高了。
