我几年前闹腰疼，很厉害，所以研究和试用了一些床垫，最后是韩国的加了茶叶的记忆泡沫。记忆泡沫的唯一问题是热，这个加了茶叶的真不热。我买的是6寸，比较硬，也比较便宜，睡了3年多了，腰没再出过问题。

在床垫上铺个纤维板，再在上面铺个记忆海绵垫即可。投资主要是记忆海绵垫。如果能搞到褥子，肯定更理想。不过就不敢奢望了，随便一个一半尺寸的荞麦皮枕头，售价超过30美刀，现在是这些传统的卧室用品都是非常昂贵。美国的这些床上用品，用起来舒服的不好买。超市里买的仅仅是便宜。

这个不行，所谓的green tea 其实是fiberglass，漏出来的话对人体有毒:

之前买过beautyrest worldclass有1255 coils ，之后只有 brs900, br800 很多店都有的卖。
