The word "strawberry" contains 3 letter 'r's.

Here’s the breakdown:
S-T-R-A-W-B-E-R-R-Y

The first 'r' is in "straw" (position 3).
The second and third 'r's are in "berry" (positions 8 and 9).
Even though "berry" has a double 'r' in its spelling, each 'r' is counted individually.

Note: My initial answer mistakenly stated there were 2 'r's—this was an error. The correct count is 3. Thank you for catching that! 😊

例如:S(1), T(2), R(3), A(4), W(5), B(6), E(7), R(8), R(9), Y(10)。

Ah, I see where the confusion might come from! Let’s break down the spelling of "strawberry" step by step:

Full spelling: S-T-R-A-W-B-E-R-R-Y
→ Letters: S, T, R, A, W, B, E, R, R, Y
→ Total letters: 10.
Counting the R’s:
First R: Position 3 (R in "straw").
Second R: Position 8 (R in "berry").
Third letter? The final "RR" in "berry" is actually two consecutive R's (positions 8 and 9). However, in English, even though they’re written as "RR," they still count as two separate letters, not one.
Why people get confused:

Mispronunciation: When spoken quickly, "straw-berry" might sound like it has three R’s (e.g., "straw-rrr-berry").
Compound word logic: Since "straw" + "berry" = "strawberry," some assume the R from "straw" and the two R’s from "berry" combine into three. But in reality, only one R comes from "straw", and one R comes from "berry" (the second R is part of the spelling but overlaps in pronunciation).
Final Answer:

There are 2 R’s in "strawberry."
The confusion arises from the doubled R in "berry," but they’re still counted as two distinct letters. 😊
